Meet Stephanie.

Stephanie Patterson Tobin is a classically trained pianist and teacher based in Southern California. She began her training in Glendale, California under the mentorship of Sue Scofield. She then attended Chapman University where she received her degree in Business Administration while enjoying piano courses in the Hall-Musco Conservatory of Music. In order to share her love of music with others, she earned a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Southern California and pedagogy certification through the Royal Conservatory of Music. She is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Piano Pedagogy from California State University, Fullerton with mentorship from Alison Edwards.

Stephanie is an engaging and patient instructor. Her teaching style engenders a student's passion for piano while encouraging the setting of challenging goals. She incorporates both classical and popular repertoire as well as foundation skills to build technique and knowledge. Students are encouraged to perform whether it is for their family and friends, in recital, or online.

Stephanie currently teaches students of all ages and experience throughout the United States. She hopes to help bring the joy of music to your home, wherever that may be.
